Your local

We’re your local, reliable point of contact for any questions or queries that arise regarding your property. You can count on us to be there when you need assistance, providing expert advice and support you can trust, no matter the issue.

Check-ins

We will conduct property inspections at regular intervals, with check-ins scheduled either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. These inspections will allow us to stay on top of routine maintenance, address any issues promptly, and ensure that the property remains in excellent condition and ready for use.

Before you arrive

We ensure that your home is always ready for you to enjoy. We can take care of turning on the heating, stocking the fridge with essentials, and making the beds so you can relax right away. We also manage cleaning and gardening services, keeping your property in excellent condition. To add a welcoming touch, we can arrange for fresh flowers, so your home feels fresh and inviting whenever you arrive.

After you have left

After each stay, we can carry out a full reset of your property to ensure it’s secure and ready for next time. This includes locking up, turning the heating down, managing utilities, coordinating cleaning or laundry, and removing waste or mail. We can also provide a brief condition report for peace of mind. Your home is left safely reset and prepared for your next visit.

Maintenance and Cleaning

We handle everything from day-to-day upkeep to annual servicing. Whether it’s arranging repairs, changing light bulbs, or coordinating boiler checks and gutter clears, we make sure your property runs smoothly. We also can work with your existing cleaners and gardeners or organise our local professionals on your behalf, ensuring your home is cared for all year round.

Everything else

For everything beyond the day-to-day, we’re here to help. From organising bathroom renovations or pool maintenance to having a meal ready to pop in the oven on arrival, no request is too small or too specific. We can arrange seasonal decorations, restock essentials, coordinate deliveries, or help with any special touches that make your home exactly as you want it, whenever you arrive.

Pricing.

We like to keep things simple and flexible. Rather than fixed packages, you only pay for the services you actually use which are billed monthly. We do this because we know your needs can change throughout the year. We do charge a small monthly retainer, starting from £100, which keeps your property on our books and ensures we’re always on hand when you need us. Beyond that, it’s entirely up to you, no wasted costs, just straightforward, transparent service.
